I believe it not only teaches strength, balance, coordination, but self-confidence, self-discipline and a very strong work ethic. I began my gymnastics career at age 10 and continued until I was 22. I also used my abilities as a gymnasts to become a U of L cheerleader, making the squad my freshman year of college. I have coached along side of & learned from some of the finest coaches in the Louisville area and have received training at the State and Regional level. I also work as the church pianist at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Shepherdsville and model for Alix Adams.

I began my coaching career 5 years ago. Cheerleading is an exciting part of my life. It allows me to work with kids in a sport that I love and to be a good role model for them. I am also a sign language interpreter and spend a lot of time in the deaf community.
